Day One

Warm welcome by our Concierge upon arrival in Aix-en-Provence and check in to your elegant hotel where we have prepared a Special Welcome Gift with mini toiletries from the region especially chosen for your enjoyment and personally engraved.

Elegant Aix-en-Provence, called the City of a Thousand Fountains has been the inspirations of many painters including Picasso, Cezanne, Mondrian, so what better way than to begin exploring this beautiful town by admiring its beautiful houses dating from the 17th century and the Cours Mirabeau with its famous fountains and charming cafés. 

Our local concierge will give us a historical tour of the Old Town, the Quartier Mazarin and entertain us with  many literary anecdotes of Emile Zola, Camus and the cafés frequented by them. 

Guided by our art historian we will visit the Granet Museum, home to a magnificent collection of Picasso and Great Masters’ paintings and sculptures. 

After a delicious lunch in a renowned typical brasserie we will have leisure time for shopping before heading to the renowned Atelier of Paul Cezanne, a 538 square feet delight built to his specifications where we could almost expect to see him painting!

This evening we will enjoy a scrumptious dinner in One of Aix-en-Provence’s best kept secrets, paired with regional wines carefully chosen by our sommelier. 

Day Two

Today, after a delicious breakfast we will learn how to cook a variety of Provençal dishes with a local chef!

At mid-morning we meet our Provençal Chef and we immerse ourselves in the variety of sights and smells of the local market and his countryside enchanting home!

Depending on the season and the menus we carefully select the best ingredients either fish or meat, we visit a local Chateau and have a small wine tasting and choose the wines to be paired with our delicious meal!

The rest of the day is spent cooking and learning with our host. Approximately two hours for a three meal course and dessert, enjoying his beautiful terracea and organic garden  and eating al fresco what we have cooked!

We learn to cook different starters such as: Fresh mussels Provençal style, fired zucchini flowers, the famous fish soup and eggplant caveat!

As main courses: Aioli with different local fish, tian de legumes, different gratins, lamb Provençal style and let’s not forget the dessert: Provençal fruits in red wine, different tarts and homemade pies!

A lovely stroll would be in our agenda before heading back to our beautiful hotel to spend a dreamy evening at our leisure!

Day Three

Today we depart Aix-en-Provence in our deluxe bus guided by our Concierge and adding the beautiful landscapes; always different and seldom boring and look forward to visit Grasse and be mesmerised by the smell of a stroll in the heart of orange trees, shy violets, lavender, mimosas and sensual jasmines and romantic roses. This is the home of the Chanel and Dior perfumes.

The “task “of learning the secrets of the French Parfumerie have never been so alluring and in our visit to the main perfume houses: Fragonnard and Gallimard we will not only be able to create our own perfume and learn about more than 127 possible notes that can be our perfume base, accompanied and guided in this amazing process by an expert “Nose”.

We will be delighted with our persona perfume and this unique olfactory experience along with a certificate as a souvenir and the chance to have it refilled in the future. This olfactory knowledge is also very important if we are interested in creating our soaps, candles and the factories offer unique perfumes and soaps to take home to remember this beautiful day!

A gourmet lunch awaits us before a languid afternoon exploring the quaint town and its unique, romantic Museums of Art and History and The Museum of Costumes, the Cathedral, the boutiques and soaking in the beauty of its landscapes and cobbled streets. 

Before sunset we head to our beautiful hotel in Saint Paul De Vence admiring the magnificent landscapes of the Loup river along the route to arrive just in time to admire  the sunset and enjoy an aperitif at a magical place.

Tonight we stay at an elegant hotel in Saint Paul De Vence and later in the evening enjoy  a gourmet Mediterranean dinner, al fresco, paired with great wines in magical surroundings with beautiful views of the valley!

Day Four

We awake in this enchanting village and after a delicious breakfast we are delighted to be guided in its cobbled streets by our art historian Concierge, and wander into its petites art galleries to discover hidden treasures. 

We will visit one of Europe’s most exceptional collections of the 20th century and contemporary artists:  the Maeght Foundation in a private visit by our certified art historian and guide. 

A cocktail and canapes afterwards in the café will be most enjoyable after our visit and stroll in its famous gardens!

Departing this beautiful village we take a scenic route to Cannes and enjoy the ride to Nice where our elegant, classic hotel in “Promenade des Anglais” awaits us for a relaxed evening and a delicious seafood dinner at one of Nice’s best restaurants. 

Day Five

After a Delicious breakfast enjoying the sea view our Concierge will guide us through the “Promenade des Anglais” and rejoice admiring the glamorous sights of its 19th century mansions on its beautiful boulevards and promenade and the old Italianate quarter. 

We visit different creperies, have a taste of the famous local cuisine such as delicious socca, a special kind of pancake and flatbread. 

We wonder at the sights and smells in the charming Cours Saleya market and the famous baroque Cathedral built in the 17th century and take the elevator to the breathtaking views of Parc De la Colline du Chateau to admire the Baie des Anges and the azure breathtaking view. 

An optional stay at the beach is suggested or a guided visit to the “Marc Chagall Museum“ for the rest of the afternoon. 

A special dinner featuring local delicacies will await you in one of Nice’s most prestigious restaurants!

Day Six

Today we embark to Monaco and Montecarlo in a scenic road trip.

A private visit to the magnificent Belle Epoque “Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild” where we will have a chance to admire the precious paintings and sculptures, the porcelains, the private rooms and enjoy the scenic gardens, unique in the world.

The French Garden with old olive trees, cypress, urns and musical fountains in a fairy tale elegant ambience, the Spanish Gardens, the Florentine, the Stone, the Japanese, the Exotic, the magnificent Rose Garden, an enchantment for the senses, and the Provençal Garden. 

After admiring this wonderful legacy of the Baroness we will enjoy a scrumptious Afternoon Tea in the calm oasis overlooking the Bay of Villefranche sitting under the fragrant orange trees!

We continue our scenic route to Monaco and Montecarlo where we visit the famous port with the luxurious yachts, the Monaco Rock and a must see in the Formula One track and the final stop at the Montecarlo Casino, where we will indulge in aperitif at the “Café de  Paris” before heading back to Nice. 

Day Seven

We suggest a leisure shopping day in Nice and or Monaco with a relaxing spa experience included before your departure.
